Ellen Rowland

Ellen Rowland is a Medical Herbalist and Aromatherapist specialising in supporting neurodivergent individuals through natural, holistic approaches to physical and emotional wellbeing.

Founder of AmberLuna Apothecary, Ellen is also an experienced speaker and facilitator, a tutor for the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and author of The Healing Power of Scent.

Emma's topics

Emma Allsopp is a solutions-focused coach and trainer with more than 25 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals in education and the workplace.

Specialising in dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and autism, Emma works with individuals, teams and leaders to develop inclusive, strengths-based approaches to communication, learning and professional development.

Caroline Carrier

Caroline Carrier is an ADDCA- and ICF (ACC)-certified ADHD and neurodiversity coach with a professional background spanning education, architecture, fashion and music.

A former SENCo, ADHD Lead, exam access assessor and teacher, Caroline combines professional expertise with her lived experience of being diagnosed with ADHD in her 40s.

Specialisms: ADHD, late diagnosis, perfectionism, procrastination, self-compassion and neurodivergence across the lifespan.

Toni Horn is a global keynote speaker and neurodiversity consultant specialising in inclusive workplaces and support for neurodivergent individuals.

Diagnosed with dyslexia at 17 and later with autism, Toni combines lived experience with professional expertise as a qualified SEMH Practitioner and CPD-accredited trainer, with a PGCert in the Psychology of Wellbeing in the Workplace.

Toni Horn is a global keynote speaker and neurodiversity consultant specialising in inclusive workplaces and support for neurodivergent individuals.

Nathan Thomas

Nathan Thomas runs the social enterprise Neuro Expression, which focuses on empowering neurodivergent people, communities and artists.

 

Nathan is also a qualified Social Worker and Social Worker Assessor, with more than 12 years' experience working in addiction, homelessness and dual diagnosis. His work brings together neurodiversity, social inclusion and creativity.

 

Specialisms: Creativity, the arts, reasonable adjustments, Access to Work and workplace neurodiversity.

Michela's topic

Michela Casaldi is a certified Neurodiversity-informed Health and Wellness Coach dedicated to helping neurodivergent individuals build healthier, more sustainable lives.

 

Following a 15-year career in technology product management and her own late ADHD diagnosis, Michela now combines professional coaching with lived insight into anxiety, overwhelm and burnout.

 

Specialisms: Neurodivergent burnout, ADHD, wellbeing, resilience and sustainable lifestyle change.

Lucy Drury is a Level 5 coach and experienced trainer with a professional background including approximately 15 years in the NHS, as well as experience in banking and the airline industry.

 

Diagnosed with combined ADHD as an adult, Lucy brings lived experience, professional insight and a passion for helping people recognise transferable strengths and find workplaces where they can thrive.

Chris Blake

Chris Blake is a freelance Assistive Technology Trainer, Disability and Neurodiversity Awareness Trainer, speaker and training video producer.

 

A lifelong dyslexic, Chris has worked with people with disabilities since the late 1980s. His experience in education and assistive technology has shaped a particular interest in removing barriers to learning and harnessing neurodivergent creativity.

 

Specialisms: Dyslexia, assistive technology, creativity, disability awareness and barriers to learning.

Caroline Ross

Caroline Ross is a qualified ADHD coach, NLP practitioner, Health & Wellbeing Coach and personal trainer.

 

Drawing on professional experience with organisations including Bloomberg, Standard & Poor's and Barclays, Caroline focuses on helping neurodivergent people work with rather than against their brains, with particular emphasis on wellbeing and preventing overwhelm and burnout.

 

Specialisms: ADHD, autism, wellbeing, burnout, RSD, emotional regulation, self-advocacy and menopause.

Daniel Brooke

Daniel Brooke is the founder of Neurodiversity Talks and brings both lived neurodivergent experience and professional expertise to his work.

 

He is a qualified workplace needs assessor certified by the British Dyslexia Association (BDA), with a background in career coaching and employability skills training supporting neurodivergent individuals across different sectors.

 

Specialisms: Neuroinclusive management, workplace adjustments, neurodiversity champions, employability and workplace inclusion.

Allie

Allie Warren is a neurodivergent career coach, workplace consultant and writer specialising in supporting people with ADHD and autism.

 

A late-diagnosed AuDHDer, Allie combines lived experience with senior people-management experience, ICF-accredited ADHD coach training and a CIPD Level 5 Human Resources Management qualification.

 

Specialisms: ADHD, autism, RSD, nervous system regulation, sleep, motivation, productivity and workplace wellbeing.
